Luly & Dee ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website lulydee.com. Our goal is to provide a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping process so you know exactly what to expect when you place an order with us.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.

Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We expect to expand our delivery zones in the future and will update this policy accordingly.

Order Processing Times

Orders are prepared within 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT) are usually processed the same working day. Orders placed after 22:00 are processed on the next business day.
Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 6 to 10 business days (dispatched from our international warehouses in Asia).
The estimated total delivery time is therefore between 6 and 11 business days, depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed during busy peak seasons or customs holds.

Shipping Process

We work with trusted carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL, Evri and FedEx.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel online.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel at support@lulydee.com. Please include clear photos of both the outer packaging and the damaged item so we can offer an immediate solution.
Lost Parcels: If you believe your parcel is lost, contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
